Hey! I’m Ian and I own and operate ‘Clearview Cleaning & Property Maintenance.’

We’ve been around for about 15 years in total. Our beginnings were in Launceston, Tasmania where we serviced homes with window and house cleaning. It was a success and we had a very good and loyal clientele.

We then relocated to Melbourne and since that then, we’ve mainly serviced the inner west and western suburbs of Melbourne. As word spread of our services (mainly via word of mouth), we have expanded and now cover the greater metropolitan area of Melbourne and beyond.

We service Geelong and out to Ocean Grove. As far down as Shoreham, Dromana and Chelsea; up to Donvale and Templestowe then back across the North through Resevoir, Campbellfield, Gowanbrae etc.

Our services are primarily window cleaning (domestic, commercial and builder’s cleans); pressure washing of houses, roofs, factories - anything really!
We also have domestic and end of lease cleaning, carpet cleaning using professional steam cleaning machines and a squad of qualified, professional and reliable trades people from sparkies to plumbers, carpenters to painters. Pretty much anything.

From what you the customer have told me over the years, is that you want reliable trades who turn up on time, communicate, do a thorough job, clean up after themselves and are accountable. Simple really.

We want you to have the best possible experience from your first phone call through to receiving the invoice and beyond. Our growth comes from referrals which speaks for itself in terms of what we offer and provide.
